The Garden Route: Stellenbosch
Stellenbosch is the center of South Africa's wine area. Despite the
many mountains, the vinyards are mostly on flat grounds.
This is the Fairview winery. We recommend to everyone to go there, mainly
for the delicious cheese (my favourites: White Rock, Vat No.3, and Chevin Plain).
This is the Delaire winery where we tried several white wines with
our tour group (a few British, Irish, and Swedish girls).
