The Garden Route: Wilderness
Many of the cities in South Africa are named after German
cities such as this one. But you can also find places called
"Brooklyn," for example.
The gigantic grasshoppers are everywhere. This one was about
12cm long.
Wilderness, at least for us, is a great place to simply hang out.
We stayed at the most beautiful youth hostel on our entire trip:
The Beach House. I now know what my dream house is supposed to
look like (well, the view should be there, too).
It was simply a place to grab a book, sit on the patio, listen
to the sound of the waves, and read. Ah, I miss it so much!
